Payment: this conference is free to attend, but to ensure a full delegate attendance we ask that all delegates send a cheque as deposit payable to SDCRN for £25 to the address provided at the bottom of this form. The cheque will be returned to you on arrival at the conference.

Cancellation Policy: Should you require to cancel your booking please notify Philip Brown on [email protected] or 01738 562322. If you cancel before 3rd March 2014 your cheque will be returned to you. If cancellation occurs after 3rd March 2014 the cheque will be forfeited. A substitute delegate can be named at any time free of charge.
